This is another of the portraits I've created, this time i used a photo I took for this purpose to have a shape guide and a basic light and shadow balance of the face. The base designs was created in illustrator and was outlined using the pen tool.

Afterwards I took my image and having set the original photo aside i gave it colour texture and added new elements to the face such as the makeup and facial hair.

The person portrayed is my brother who listens to a lot of heavy metal music and was created inspired by him, so heavy metal or no metal at all, as he would say.
